The homeowner in the Keyport area was ready to have his lawn looking nice again. The last few summers took a significant toll on his yard. There were patches of dead brown spots throughout the yard that didn’t improve with fertilizer application, plus there were signs of erosion and run-off after storms. He saw our trucks working down the street so he asked the homeowner, who is a trusted friend of his if he recommended our company. The client said we were the best around so he asked our crew if we could get him in for an estimate.

One of our property specialists came that evening to look at his yard and agreed that it was a great candidate for new sod installation. We gave him a quote, which he happily accepted.
We started the next Monday morning. Our crew got started by removing the top layer of dead grass, then prepped the soil for new sod installation. We tested the soil to ensure a proper environment for a lush lawn in the VA climate. We reduced compacted soil and added in the perfect amount of organic matter. We also leveled the yard and smoothed the soil’s surface. Within a couple of hours, the new sod was installed and the front yard looks brand new! The homeowner is thrilled!

Landscaping and Power washing project in Highlands, NJ

Earlier this year, we received a call inquiring about our pressure washing service in Monmouth County. The client was located in Atlantic Highlands near the waterfront and wanted to know if we were available to provide a power washing estimate.
